Welcome to CraftRevenue. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CraftRevenue platform and services (the "Service") provided by Artem Zaporozhets, sole proprietor (ФОП), trading as CraftRevenue, registered at Romana Ratushnogo 21a, Kyiv 03110, Ukraine ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
CraftRevenue is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides specialized tools for free-to-play (F2P) game economy designers, including event modeling, A/B test balancing, event calendar scheduling, LTV modeling, and related functionality.
The Service operates on a subscription-based model with a free tier ("Free") and paid subscription plans ("Basic," "Pro").
2. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You may create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by using Google Sign-In (OAuth). By using Google Sign-In, you authorize CraftRevenue to receive basic profile information from Google as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account password
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3. Subscription Plans and Trial
3.1 Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Basic plan, allowing individual evaluation of all paid tools and features. Team management features (inviting members, sharing workspaces with a team) are available only on a paid subscription. No payment information is required to start a trial.
If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial expires, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
3.2 Subscription Plans
Access to tools, features, and usage limits is determined by your subscription plan (Free, Basic, or Pro). We reserve the right to modify the features and limitations of any plan. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans.
3.3 Team Members (Per-Seat Pricing)
Team management is available only on paid subscription plans. Free and trial users may evaluate the Service individually but cannot invite team members.
Account owners on paid plans may add up to 10 team members to their organization. Each team member is billed as an additional seat at the same rate as the owner's subscription plan. For example, if the owner's plan costs €199/month, each team member adds €199/month to the total subscription cost. Team members inherit the owner's plan features and are subject to the same terms.
4. Payments and Billing
4.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you are technically purchasing from Paddle, which then remits payment to us. Paddle's name will appear on your bank or credit card statement.
By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal.
4.2 Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a per-seat, recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen billing cycle). The total recurring charge equals your plan price multiplied by the number of seats (account owner plus any team members). By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle's customer support.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following at least 30 days' notice.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date by contacting us at [email protected].
Beyond this initial 14-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for:
- Recurring subscription payments after the first 14-day window
- Partially used subscription periods
- Plan downgrades
6. Account Lifecycle
6.1 Subscription Expiry
When a paid subscription expires without renewal, your account is downgraded to the Free plan. You retain access to Free-tier features and your existing data.
6.2 Free Plan After Paid Time or Trial Ends
When your paid subscription period or free trial ends without renewal or upgrade to a paid plan, your account is automatically moved to the Free plan.
Your data remains stored in your account. However, access is limited to what the Free plan allows: you may be unable to use certain tools, features, or editing capabilities available on paid plans, and usage limits may apply as described on our Service (including the pricing page). You may subscribe to a paid plan at any time to regain full access, subject to current plan terms.
6.3 Account Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion request, your data will be retained for a 90-day grace period (allowing you to change your mind), after which it will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
If the grace period expires without reactivation, your account data (including all projects, workspaces, and associated content) will be permanently deleted.
7. User Conduct and Restrictions
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are specifically prohibited from:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Service
- Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Service
- Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Using the Service to store or transmit malicious code
- Exceeding usage limits imposed by your subscription plan through any means
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including all software, tools, design, text, graphics, and other content provided by us — are the exclusive property of Artem Zaporozhets and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. U.S. Copyright Registration Pending (Case #1-15022320001).
8.2 Your Intellectual Property
All data, content, and information you create, upload, or store within your projects while using the Service ("User Data") remains your property. We claim no intellectual property rights over your User Data. We access your User Data only to provide and improve the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Artem Zaporozhets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, errors, or downtime within the Service
- Any loss or corruption of your User Data
- Any unauthorized access to your account
Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account through the account settings page or by contacting us at [email protected].
11.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In such cases, we are not obligated to provide a refund.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.
For users in the European Union: nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
